PYBA Meeting Minutes

 Erin Braden, Joe Nompleggi, Lauren Ducey, Amy Zajac, Brandon Pronovost, Mike Ladue, Melanie Drewnowski, Allison Swiatlowski, Jessica Miner

 

Treasurer’s Report

• ·         Account balance reviewed with board members
• ·         Fees and costs for cleaning gym TBD
• ·         Converse and OMP fees TBD
• ·         Adding insurance this year

Registration

• ·         Start ASAP
• ·         Using TeamLinkt again this year
• ·         Plan for discount if reusing jerseys from last season
• ·         Allison and Joe to crunch numbers for reg fees once gym, referee, cleaning fees and insurance premium determined
• ·         Will determine deadlines upcoming
• ·         Recreational fees only at this point
• ·         Suburban meets at end of September, so Brandon should have figures by next meeting
• ·         Ref’s meeting is also in September, fees TBA

Equipment

• ·         Needs to be reviewed with Ashley
• ·         Will need to replace at least a dozen basketballs
• ·         Equipment was logged last year and some may still need to be accounted for from coaches

Sponsorships

• ·         Erin and Melanie will take over sponsorship duties. Will reach out to Kara for info.
• ·         May increase sponsorship fees to account for increased costs 
• ·         Erin to meet with Allison to gather figures for nonprofit application
• ·         Snack table is an option, everything will need to prepackaged for sale
• ·         Swag store can be made available online. Ashley orders shirts

Other

• ·         Last year skills clinics for pee wee evolved into games. Probably plan for the same this year.
• Next meeting planned for September 25^th, 6:00PM at Tailgate Tavern in Palmer
