PYBA Meeting 2/2/22 6:00PM

In Attendance: Joe, Alissa, Holly, Kara,Ashley, Mel, Erin New Business Prizes - 83 Backpacks- 3-8th Boys 81 Bottles - Instructional 34 Hats - 3-8th Girls End of Season Parties Instructional - Some type of Jamboree was suggested. Amanda will reach out regarding final plans. Gift cards for coaches to throw a party was suggested. Decision was made to have 3rd/4th girls to skip Jamboree in Belchertown and have scrimmage with pizza party. 5th-8th to go to Belchertown for playoffs. Suggestion made to arrange for gym time after playoffs for pizza party. End of Season Business Collect cage for OMP and store in Converse Suggestion made to purchase a shed for supplies if gym is demolished Collect supplies from coaches. Date to collect supplies and close gym: 3/27 @ 6:00PM Set a date for 1st meeting of 2022/2023 season: August 24th @ 6:00PM. Will need new board members to fill vacancies and for CORI checks. Masks MIAA rules state mask mandate ends February 28th. We will follow Quabbin Valley rules
