Coaches Meeting 11/20/21

Coaches Meeting 11/20/21 6pm-8pm

In attendance: Heather Brouillette, Erin Braden, Joe Nompleggi, Holly Menard, Melanie Drewnowski, Allison Swiatlowski, Kara Noonan, Pear, Ashley O'Connor

Supplies distributed to coaches in duffel bags. Balls will be held in cages at Converse to and Old Mill Pond for convenience. Other items to be stored are first aid kits and electronic whistles.

Coaches:

• Instructed to not prop doors open for security reasons at either facility. Doors at Converse will be locked after last team practice. If coaches are not holding practice they should contact Joe Nompleggi immediately so that he may lock doors.

• Instructed to contact parents with schedule and contact information ASAP

CORI's filled out and to be submitted by Holly.

Scheduling team practices started. Melanie and Allison to complete.

Rugs and roping for crowd control were placed. We have accepted a contract for weekly cleaning. 

Joe will meet independently with coaches who did not attend tonight's meeting.
