Equipment order

Use of Gym 

South Hadley announced season will start in January

New Business

Use of Gym	Vaccination clinic is still set up, will need to confirm with town manager date clinic will be taken down. Joe has reached out twice. Will communicate date of 11/20 as first date of practices.
Team formation	Teams formed based on number of registered per grade level. We are still in need of 1 coach for Boys 3 /4

Registration	Open registrations that were held  were a huge success. All registrations have been entered into smartsheet May use new app for registration, rosters, and scheduling. Will pilot on 3 / 4 girls this year Kindergarten applicants will be redirected to Pub Club workshop
Management of facility	Will be contracting with Pride for cleaning.  4 runner rugs will be purchased and rotated to keep gym floors clean from salt/sand. Pride included price for cleaning in quote. Will ask to use dividers from vaccine clinic to help direct crowds and keep clean floor. Other option is to purchase belt dividers. Will ask to borrow chairs for spectating from town vaccine clinic. Joe will contact town.
Uniforms	Mel will order jerseys from Whips on Page Blvd in Springfield. Numbers ordered will be according to basketball rules (not to include 6-9 #’s). Numbers will be consecutive to prevent overlapping.  Extras will be ordered in various sizes
Merch	K&M Graphics or Ryan Novia (sp?). PYBA could sell merchandise to raise money for PYBA with logo. Mike Swit could design logo. Holly/Joe/Allison working on this. Ideas for merchandise: Sport headbands, sweatpants, sweatshirts, t-shirts
Coaches	Allison will reach out to coaches. Coaches meeting scheduled for 11/20 at 6pm Obtain coach sizes for shirts
Scheduling	South Hadley will schedule game times. Practices for all but instructional will be in 3 time slots (5:30, 6:30, 7:30) M-F. Games Sat/Sun Instructional will use OMP gym and be coordinated by Amanda Rodrigues. Practices through December should be scheduled after coaches meeting.
Equipment	Equipment needs to be ordered before coaches meeting so it can be distributed. Some items to be ordered: Scorebooks, e-whistles, clipboards, duffel bags (someone may have these in storage), game balls, dry erase markers, ice packs, bandaids, pens, pencils, first aid kits, net bags Many of the balls in the equipment room are aging, may need to order more. Locate instructional balls. There doesn’t appear to be any in storage room. Each bag will contain 2 game balls, first aid kit, electronic whistles, boards and pens, hand sanitizer, and masks Equipment manager will look for electronic whistles, may be difficult to find
