New Business

Use of Gym	Gym at Converse has been approved for use by Town Manager Vaccination clinic is still set up, will need to confirm with town manager date clinic will be taken down
COVID Restrictions	Awaiting guidance from MIAA regarding COVID restrictions, mask wearing, social distancing requirements Plan is to follow same guidance as schools until further notice South Hadley has not announced if season will launch on time, awaiting guidance Flyer at registration explaining recommended restrictions, if available

Registration	There have been 25 online registrations. Roster will be printed and payment collected at live registration. Planning for live registration events Wed Oct 27th & Nov 3rd, 5-8pm Registration will be available for Palmer residents only
Management of facility	Masks & hand sanitizer will be made available to players and spectators Cleaning of bathrooms and gym-Town is contracted with Pride. Ashley will contact for pricing.  Discussed rentable mats for sand and salt control from boots. Clean shoes before entry into gym.
Uniforms	Preference is for reversible jerseys in place of printed T-shirts. Reversible jerseys could be used for local games in the event there is no travel leagues.They could also be reusable. Sponsor Banners in place of printed t-shirts.

Equipment	Each bag will contain 2 game balls, first aid kit, electronic whistles, boards and pens, hand sanitizer, and masks Equipment manager will look for electronic whistles, may be difficult to find
